If you end one day high or low in calories, can you “make up” for it the next day?  Does adding or subtracting from the following day help negate or lessen the negative impacts from the previous day?  In today’s podcast we discuss the concept of adjusting your calories to make up for the previous day and whether or not that would be a good strategy to use!
