When you think of the right eccentric speed for lifts like Squat, Bench, and Deadlift… do you think “the faster the better”?  Meaning, that faster you can go down, the faster you’ll come up?  If so, then you may be surprised that faster ISN’T always better!!!  In today’s podcast we discuss how to feel and find the RIGHT eccentric speed so you can be both strongest AND safest in your big lifts!
