1754 – Training – Alternate Squat and Deadlift Training for Greater Strength


If you want consistent strength PRs with less aches and pains then you would benefit from alternating your training focus between Squats and Deadlifts.  Pushing one lift while working on technique of the other and then switching those focuses every 2-4 programs is a GREAT way to make consistent progress without feeling consistently beat up!  Listen in to learn more!
