1750 – Training – Correcting Forward Bar Path in Barbell Squats


Has your squat plateaued?  Do you struggle with low back pain when squatting?  Does your upper back round causing you to fail your squats?  If you film your squat from the side, the bar path should be vertical.  If you find that your bar path moves forward you’re likely not squatting efficiently which is causing technique breakdown and limiting your ability to best display your strength.  In today’s podcast we discuss how to correct this issue!!!
