Are you expecting too much of yourself?  Are you expecting enough???  Managing healthy self-expectations can be mentally challenging!  You can teeter between feeling too harsh on yourself, mentally beating yourself up, but then fearful you aren’t pushing yourself hard enough, allowing yourself to be lazy and too slow with progress.  Finding a healthy balance can be very challenging!!!  In today’s podcast we discuss this struggle and give perspective for how to better find and sustain that balance!
